Shanelle Rauh, Owner & Executive Director

Shanelle is a graduate of the University of Evansville. She began her camping career in 2005 at Whippoorwill Farm Day Camp and became Executive Director in 2009. She left in August 2022 when Whippoorwill closed its doors. Quickly, Shanelle realized Whippoorwill left a huge hole in the camp community and began dreaming of something new. She is so excited to create Willow Springs Day Camp in the Franklin area and plans to bring a magical camp experience to campers for years to come. She is an active member of the American Camp Association (ACA) and is the National Program Chair for the 2026 Conference. She is an ACA Camp Standards Visitor. Shanelle believes you can never have too much Professional Development, always striving to bring new ideas to her campers and staff! She lives in Spring Hill with her husband, Jonathan, and their 4 kiddos, Jordan, Haley, Charlotte, and Austin. They love Letterboxing, watching Bluey, and cheering on the Titans!

Holly Fahy, Sprouts Director

Holly is a middle school librarian with a Master’s degree in Information Science. She has been in the camp world for 8 years, both as a counselor and program director. Her kind and childlike spirit brings a well-balanced, exciting, and nurturing experience to Willow Springs. When her nose isn’t stuck in a book, Holly spends her time playing with her dog, cuddling her cat, seeing musicals, and exploring trails in the area.

Colleen Love, Saplings Director

Colleen is a recent graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and plans to start medical school in the fall of 2026. She was a camper once herself at Whippoorwill Farm Day Camp, then became a counselor in high school. When Whippoorwill closed, Colleen pursued her career in medicine, working at a clinic and being part of the volunteer medical staff at Neyland Stadium for UT football games. She loves camp because it helped her learn that she loves working with people and children, and it is a place that allows her to have fun and express herself. She is extremely excited to be a part of Willow Springs and grow in a leadership role. When she’s not working towards her future, Colleen can be found lifting weights at the gym to prepare for energetic campers and spending time with family and friends.

Abi Andrews, Camp Admin

Abi is returning to Willow Springs for her 10th year of camp in a different role! She will be a smiling face helping families with check-in on Mondays and will be hands-on during Tie Dye Thursday! While she will still be around, most of her work will be behind the scenes to keep camp running smoothly. Abi is a Nashville native, and she and her Texan husband live in a cute blue house with their 2 ginger cats, Beau and Dusty. They opened their coffee shop, Primitive Coffee Co., in the fall, so they have been busy caffeinating Nashville and creating a fun space for events and community!
