Dates and Registration



Fees and Cancellations:

  • We accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.  
  • There is no fee for switching sessions, but this is subject to availability.  
  • Camp sessions must be paid in full by May 1, 2024.  The camp reserves the right to cancel a camper’s session if payment has not been received by May 1.  
  • You may cancel your camper’s registration for any reason, up to two weeks prior to your camper’s session and receive a full refund less the deposit ($50).  Cancellations within two weeks of your session will result in the forfeiture of all fees.  
  • Families cannot transfer their registration to another camper.  The camp office will handle filling any spots that become available from our waitlist.
