If you are a returning camp family, you will use the same username and password from last year. If you are a new family, you will take one minute to create a new account when registration opens. All registration is handled through our online portal using Cambrain. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out prior to registration so we can assist you.

Fees and Cancellations:
- The cost for each session includes all activities and an afternoon snack.
Session 1: May 27-30th (4-day camp) is $340.
Sessions 2-5: $425.
Session 6: June 30-July 3 (4-day camp) is $340. - EarlyBird Discount: Save $25 per camper/session if you pay in full by February 13th.
- We accept the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
- We also accept e-check options. This saves both you and camp the credit card processing fee!
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. This is applied towards your final balance. If you cancel at anytime for any reason, this fee is not refunded.
- You may cancel your camper’s registration for any reason, up to two weeks prior to your camper’s session and receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit ($50). Cancellations within two weeks of your session will result in the forfeiture of all fees.
- Camp sessions must be paid in full by May 1, 2026. The camp reserves the right to cancel a camper’s session if payment has not been received by May 1 or the appropriate payment plan has been set up. Always reach out if you have concerns.
- There is no fee for switching sessions, but this is subject to availability. You may not find your own replacement if you need to cancel. All cancellations and waitlists must go through the camp office.
